Returns
Enjoy quick and easy returns on all orders within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately we are not able to accept bags that have been worn and/or outside of the 28 day return window.

Please follow the return instructions below:
1. Please fill out the returns/exchange form included in your package and enclose this form with the items you wish to return.
2. Fill in your returns commercial invoice using the how to fill in your returns commercial invoice guide enclosed with your order and affix it to the outside of the parcel.
3. Visit www.ups.com to arrange a collection or take your return to your local UPS drop off point along with the return label included within your order.

Refunds
Refunds & Exchanges
We will process your refund as soon as possible and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed.
Exchanges are possible only for the same style. If another style is requested, we need to refund the original order and a new order needs to be placed. We are very happy to place the new order over the phone, you can reach us on +1 (240) 249-5908
Problems with a bespoke order must be reported to hello@felicityt.store within 14 days of receipt. If any mistakes were made to the bespoke order on behalf of FelicityT, these would be rectified free of charge. When confirming your bespoke order, please verify carefully each detail to avoid any issues stated above.
